Christopher Johnson McCandless iniziò a vagare nell’ovest degli Stati Uniti, con la volontà di vivere in solitudine per un certo periodo di tempo e per giungere infine nelle terre selvagge dell’Alaska.

Nasce il 12 febbraio dell’anno 1968 nel Sud della California. Nel 1990 si laurea con una media molto alta, ottenendo una specializzazione in Storia e Antropologia.

Di famiglia benestante decise di attraversare l’Ovest Americano da solo dopo aver donato i suoi 24.000 dollari di risparmi.

Intraprese il suo viaggio con una vecchia Datsun che fu successivamente ritrovata da un gruppo di ricercatori di fiori nel deserto del Mojave.

All’interno c’erano una chitarra, un pallone da football, un sacchetto di immondizia pieno di vecchi indumenti, una canna da pesca, 10 kg di riso, un rasoio elettrico nuovo, un’armonica a bocca, i cavi della batteria e le chiavi.

Christopher abbandonò il proprio mezzo a causa di un’inondazione proveniente dal fiume accanto al quale si era accampato, che bagnò il motore rendendo l’automobile inutilizzabile.

Prima di lasciare la sua auto bruciò i propri risparmi e si liberò di ogni prova della sua identità, gettando via anche la targa dell’auto.

Proseguì quindi a piedi viaggiando tra Stati Uniti occidentali e Messico settentrionale.

Trascorse gli ultimi 112 giorni della sua vita nei boschi dell’Alaska, nel parco nazionale di Denali, Il suo unico rifugio era un vecchio autobus abbandonato, da lui chiamato Magic Bus.

Per un certo periodo, Chris riuscì a sopravvivere con l’ausilio di pochi strumenti: un fucile, una sacca di riso, un libro sulle piante commestibili del luogo, e altri semplici oggetti da campo.

Fu ritrovato morto all’interno dell’autobus, nell’agosto del 1992, da due cacciatori che ne scoprirono il corpo a due settimane dal decesso.

Ufficialmente è morto di fame (al momento del ritrovamento il cadavere pesava circa 30 kg), ma altre possibili cause sono il freddo e l’aver accidentalmente ingerito alcune piante velenose.

Nel vecchio autobus, accanto al cadavere, furono ritrovati numerosi appunti da lui scritti.

Una macchina fotografica con cui aveva effettuato degli autoscatti, una borraccia di plastica verde, alcune pastiglie per purificare l’acqua, un paio di pantaloni imbottiti, guantoni di lana, una bottiglia di repellente per gli insetti, un cilindro consumato di burrocacao, una scatola di fiammiferi, un paio di stivali in plastica marrone e alcuni libri di autori quali Lev Tolstoj, Jack London e Henry David Thoreau.

    So note here that only if they have huge suspicion about your sample would they send it off for an expensive gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis.  That’s when all fake urine will fall down because it does a full analysis of the composition of the urine, and it will spot that some things which should be in urine aren’t there.
    But generally, for low-level drug testing, good quality fake urine is going to pass 99% of the time. Studies analyzing historically submitted samples have shown that this is the case.

    3. How To Prepare For A Drug Test
     If you’re in real trouble and facing a drug test in 24 hours, say tomorrow, and you live in a big city, then you could grab some Quick Fix.
    Quick Fix is available in quite a few smoke shops and alternative shops in cities in America. Just check it’s fresh stock because they don’t sell very many and it can go out of date and go off.
    My advice though is to invest in a box of Sub Solution or Quick Luck right now. Get them in stock and then you will never have to worry. The same applies to all detox products, passing a drug test in 24 hours is not that difficult, but you need to be prepared.
    4. Instructions For Passing A Test Using Fake Urine
    If you are facing a urine drug test and you need to submit a fake sample, it’s pretty easy to do. Just don’t panic, and make sure you’re prepared.
    If you need to use a heatpad, heat your sample in the microwave to give it a head start. Strap the heatpad to it, and then tuck the sample in your crotch under your underwear. That keeps it snug and it keeps it closer to body temperature.
