Era dell'Acquario

L’Era dell’Acquario porterà grandi sconvolgimenti che faranno comprendere agli esseri umani la realtà del mondo spirituale e delle leggi che lo reggono. La nuova vita che nascerà da tali sconvolgimenti, supererà qualunque immaginazione in quanto a bellezza, splendore e armonia.

L’Era dell’Aquario è uno dei dodici periodi in cui alcune credenze esoteriche dividono la storia dell’umanità.

Tra i suoi vari teorici, il fondatore dell’antroposofia Rudolf Steiner è stato uno dei primi ad averne delineato le caratteristiche. Ogni era astrologica ha la durata approssimativa di 2160 anni.

L’insieme delle dodici ere al completo è detto anno platonico, ed è di circa 25.920 anni. Diversamente dall’astrologia tradizionale, dove il primo segno zodiacale è l’Ariete, il secondo il Toro, ecc., le ere astrologiche sono calcolate al contrario. Quindi all’era dell’Ariete segue quella dei Pesci, poi quella dell’Acquario, del Capricorno e via dicendo, procedendo a ritroso.

Ogni Era si caratterizza per alcune qualità specifiche.

A contraddistinguere l’ imminente Era dell’Acquario sono spirito di solidarietà, nuove tecnologie, umanitarismo, apertura mentale. Fallimento di sistemi obsoleti e ingiusti, propensione per la medicina alternativa e le discipline spirituali, meditazione, ricerca interiore, saggezza, consapevolezza, desiderio di libertà.

Tutte caratteristiche che rappresentano un notevole passo avanti rispetto all’Era dei Pesci, votata invece alla conoscenza di tipo mentale/razionale. Ogni Era richiede necessariamente un cambiamento nei singoli individui, oltre che nella società in generale. E questa dell’Acquario, nello specifico, ci invita a una maggiore flessibilità, sia sul piano mentale che fisico ed emotivo.

Difatti è fondamentale aprirsi al cambiamento, adattarvisi con un atteggiamento morbido e accogliente, per poter procedere di pari passo con l’evoluzione.

L’intelletto che nell’Era dei Pesci ha preso il sopravvento, deve venire a patti con l’intuito. Tutto questo ha ripercussioni notevoli sulle aspettative e sui desideri dei singoli individui. Non a caso i ritmi troppo frenetici e il materialismo esasperato iniziano a starci stretti, inducendoci a cercare alternative di vita più spirituali. Ed ecco perché fioriscono movimenti new age e un sempre più diffuso interesse per pratiche spirituali un tempo sconosciute.

L’Era dell’Acquario, sintonizzata sull’amore e sul rispetto di tutte le forme di vita, è anche una fase orientata all’ecologia.

Ciò dipende da una nuova consapevolezza che ci aiuta a percepirci parte del Tutto. Ma è anche una fase in cui le informazioni, di tutti i tipi, circolano ovunque, velocemente. Le sfide che siamo chiamati ad affrontare non riguardano grandi epidemie come nell’Era precedente, che ci invitavano a trovare soluzioni pratiche per debellarle (la conoscenza), bensì disturbi prettamente psicologici e spirituali difficilmente risolvibili con la medicina tradizionale. Disturbi che richiedono un approccio alternativo, che rintracci la fonte del problema anziché limitarsi a guarire i sintomi.

Fantasie new age o verità?

L’Era dell’Acquario, per come è stata descritta da numerosi esoteristi e ricercatori spirituali, fra cui Rudolf Steiner, Yogi Bhajan, Omraam Mikhael Aıvanhov, riflette molti degli aspetti che contraddistinguono la società odierna, a partire dal desiderio di un risveglio interiore profondo, che trascenda la dimensione puramente mentale.
