Pharaohs Shepseskaf

Pharaohs Shepseskaf

Pharaoh Shepseskaf, Micerino’s son, last king of the IV Dynasty, was he who completed the whole funeral complex begun by his father, he made the first edict in history dedicated to the safeguard of the funeral properties and ordered to build his tomb in Saqqara.

He probably reigned for five years and married Khentkaus, the woman identified as Redgedat in the Westcar papyrus, wife of Ra’s priest and mother of the first three in the V Dynasty.
